Indication
Traditionally used to invigorate the circulatory system and soothe symptoms of cold and flu. Mood-enhancing and anti-spasmodic.

How to use
Add five drops into a bath and soak sore muscles, joints and backache associated with cold and flu. Add a few drops to a diffuser, humidifier or pillow to improve mood. Steam inhale to relieve persistent cough.

A rare plant grown only in the Bo-Kouga District in the Western Cape.
While recognised for its antiseptic properties, other therapeutic characteristics have not yet been definitively assessed. E. tenuipes is therefore most valued for its fine scent.
